Hello everyone, when my mom and I took 1000 from Chase, it was mistake because only 216 was necessary to pay for their car insurance and there were no other payments. So I put 784 back into bank.

It’s unclear what “there were no other payments” means. How is that? So you had no financial burden because of the house? How?
This raises more questions and confusion.

Hi Clayton! How are you today? I haven’t seen you in a long time.
Clayton Rosie
Thank you Denis for your Kind message. No, I’m not well lately. I’ve been VERY, Very, sad and depressed. Nana Cries almost every day…. Harrison Now knows the word “Crying!” He even says that word when talking with Luda, seeing her Cry and his Mommy crying. And you know what? I cry too. Every Day…. This has been going on WAY TOO LONG. It’s RIPPING My Heart apart. It’s RUINING OUR FAMILY. It’s Hurting Us, and it’s KILLING ME. Sad 🥺😢😭😩 It is….
I Love You Denis. And I ALWAYS Appreciate When You Sincerely, Kindly, & Lovingly say Hello to me and greet me with Love.
Anything else, would make me heart feel…😭 So please, Let me say Thank You My Brother.
I Hope we can talk more soon.

Good night 🌙
Clayton Rosie
The other day, while waiting for our mechanic Randy work on our car, I took this photo 📸 (And Nana Doesn’t Know it!) PLEASE DONT SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE!!!
At 11:29am… in Public, Nana was Still Crying! Do you know how this affects me and her Little Harrison…and Jehovah, and All the angels…???
And why? Because, her Sister isn’t the Same as before…They don’t have the Loving relationship as before. Even though we Truly Apologized, in your home, Months Ago, This “Cancer,” Is Still here.
IT HAS BEEN AWFUL.. 😭
She’s Crying in Public…
(She would be Very mad 😡 if she knew I took this photo and even worse, if I showed you.). But, it HURT ME & It Hurts Harrison watching us Cry.
He Should NOT Understand This word…with our family. 💔

I’m So Sad for Nana and Mayya and her Luda, who also Cries 😭. And that Harrison sees them crying, and when they talk on the phone, “Luda, Crying!” I’m SICK! 😩

Denis, I’m No Body… but I Do Know…This is Not How our Family should continue. And I Know the 📖

Clayton, your message really touched me. I wanted to take some time to think carefully before responding. I know this situation has been very painful for everyone. I truly hope the family can heal. I recognize that important steps were taken to make the house and accounts more balanced and transparent. I appreciate that.
At the same time, the issue is not only about feelings or forgiveness. I think the focus now should be on clarity, not emotion. There have been serious questions about openness, financial decisions, and trust. They cannot be resolved by guilt, tears, or pressure to move on.
The best way forward is clear information, proper calculations, correcting any mistakes, and giving everyone time. I want peace, but I will not pressure Mayya or speak for her.

Clayton and I are very sorry. It's unfortunate that this happened. We found our mistake and, in agreement with our parents, returned the $ 3,500 to the bank.

Denis Vladimirov
Dear Clayton and Nana,
We feel it is important to be direct about how we feel and how we see our family situation.
What has come to light over the past few months was unexpected and very painful for us. It is painful not only because of the financial issues themselves, but also because it turns out that all of this had been happening for years within our family, among people we trusted. Neither our parents nor we deserved this.
It is especially difficult to see your reaction to this situation. Instead of an open conversation, we have received answers that keep changing or do not address the main issues. We also see attempts to make everything seem less serious, or to present it as if it has already been fixed.
$3,500 was returned, and before that another $784 was returned — a total of $4,284. A “mistake” involving thousands of dollars cannot be treated as a small technical issue. This situation was deeply upsetting to us, and we took it very seriously. We did not write immediately because we wanted to give you time and hoped that you would take the initiative to clarify what happened. But to this day, we still have not received a clear explanation.
If, in your view, this was a mistake, then it needs to be clearly shown what exactly the mistake was. Without a direct explanation, this naturally raises serious questions — not simply about how the returned amount was later calculated, but about how the amounts paid by the parents were originally determined, what payments had been received from them overall, why such a large portion had to be returned only after questions were asked, and how long this would have continued if those questions had not been raised.
Part of what makes this difficult is that some of the answers have sounded like important things were simply not remembered, not considered, or not treated as serious at the time.
It hurts us to feel that we are being expected to accept statements that do not match the facts, act as if we believe them, and then behave as though nothing serious happened. We do not think it is fair to expect us to accept explanations that leave responsibility unclear. We are not rejecting peace. We are rejecting pretending.
There was already the earlier concern about Clayton’s name being on the bank account, and now this. Taken together, these things have seriously damaged trust. For us, the larger issue is not only what happened but what kind of relationship we are building from here.
We do not see this as simply a personal conflict between two sisters. That is not the issue. The issue is that serious matters involving our parents’ assets have not been handled with enough openness, and the answers we have received still leave central issues unresolved. That is why there is distance between us now.
In January, we agreed that there should be open communication and exchange of information. But again, it seems that discussions and “agreements” were mainly handled with our parents, while we were not included in any clear and direct conversation. If you want to preserve not only your relationship with our parents, but also your relationship with us, then this cannot continue that way. Discussing these matters only with them is not enough. Family and financial matters should be discussed among all of us. It is very important to us that you understand and accept this condition.
Another thing that raises concern is that Clayton has effectively stepped back from the conversation and from giving a direct account of these events. We all understand very well that he was the one who collected the documents, made the calculations, and handled the tax filings. Therefore, his silence and lack of direct involvement only deepen our concerns. From the outside, it looks as though Nana is being left to answer for matters that Clayton was directly involved in, while the central issues still remain unanswered.
You may want everyone to simply move on now. But this situation left a deep wound. Rebuilding trust and the relationship can only begin with practical steps from you — not with an expectation that we will pretend nothing happened.
We are writing because something important between us has been damaged, distance has appeared, and we do not want that distance to become permanent. We do not want to become only business partners in managing our parents’ affairs. We want to remain family.

Clayton Rosie
Dear Denis & Mayya,
Thank you for your letter and sharing your thoughts and feelings with us.
We're deeply concerned and Still feel very sorry for what has happened in our family. We don't agree that you're calling our actions, as you say “pretending.” And you are Still bringing up the issue of Clayton's name on the checking account years ago. This is something that we have already apologized for, in front of You and the Family. It's looks like Whatever we are doing, really does Not matter to you and our sincere apologies have not been good enough for you. And you feel that we are Still pretending in your eyes. This is So Very Sad. Our apologies were and are sincere. This Hurts us Very Much that you feel we are Lying and Stealing from parents.
In your last message to us, you are raising a point, about... “and Now This.” Questions about money we returned, after we discovered our mistake in calculating what parents owed us. You wrote, because it was Thousands, it makes it More Serious! We Don't agree. The mistake was Not the amount but, the Way We Calculated it - This is Important! That was the error. And Immediately after we discovered the error, we went to correct the matter. We Both went to parents at their house to apologize, and return the money. We both felt this responsibility and we both took this very seriously! So your accusation of Clayton stepping back is untruth. They asked us to return the money into their checking account and that is what we did after leaving their house. We returned the Full Amount that parents agreed to. We never reject to realize and accept our mistakes. Yes, we call it's a mistake, because we didn't do anything on purpose. We Didn't “Scheme or Plan” to Steal from them, as you seem to accuse us of. The mistake we made, happened years ago and because it was a mistake of how we calculated what we thought they owed us, each year, it happened again.
And here is an example of 2025 TAXES:
Income:
Rent per Year – (1900 x12) = $ 22,800
3 Rivers CD interest --------- $ 4,880
TOTAL --------- $ 27,680
Deductions: House Insurance – $ 1,371.93
Property TAX ------ $ 4,572.84
Association ---------- $ 35.00
Depreciation -------- $ 8,109
Car registration ----- $ 88.35
TOTAL --------- $ 14,177
Income – Deductions (27,680-14,177) = 13,503
12% from 13,503 = $ 1,620
The Mistake was in our calculations, to take 12 %. (12% is a our TAX bracket when we add parents income with ours.) So, we thought it was Correct & fair.
At first we didn't wish to accept anything from parents for 2025 tax year. Later Mom & Nana discussed the matter and told us that $1000 should be paid (which included $216 their car Insurance). After more discussion and more calculations with Mom & Nana, this full $784 amount was returned and deposited into account.
According NEW Calculation of 2025 together with Mom:
Total Parents Income – 27,680
Parents Deductions – 14,177
-------------------------------
13,503 Adjusted Gross Income
1) Federal TAX – Payment is $ 0,00!! (If they were doing their Own Tax Return)
2) Indiana State – Pay 3%
3% of 13,500 = $ 405
3) Allen County – between 0,5-3% With agreement we took 1,59%
1.59% of 13,500 = $ 215
$405 + 215 = 620
With parents we used 2025 calculation for previews years too. Therefore, calculation mistakes we made, were returned back in bank after our meeting with parents.
We were surprised to hear that you... “Gave us Time for our explanation,” because we thought it was Already explained. Mayya was there together with Nana and parents, when Nana mentioned we wanted to return money. And again Mayya came to parents house when Nana & parents did Final calculation together. So, Mayya's attendance there gave us confidence that not only parents, but Mayya was involved and informed as well. If she wasn't in agreement, Why didn't she raise a question right then with Nana and parents instead of Still being upset and letting this go on and on? Our Returning the money meant we Not Only returned the money from 2025 but also the previous years. We did what was right to fix the issue. Sooner or later mistakes can come up, and if or when they do, we would work to Immediately Correct any mistakes that were found, just as we did.
We also Don't understand why you Changed our group to write separately in “Legal Team” without parents. This is Not Our money and it is Not your money. It's still Their money and they should be informed that you are Still angry with us and accusing us of wrongdoing. It's very heartbreaking to see that you are still holding on to your anger. We are Very Sorry you are upset with us, including Harrison... A good relationship takes both sides. We hope this letter helps you to see the whole picture.
Our will is to have peace and a better relationship and to be a Happy family. We've apologized Several times. As the June broadcast suggested, We need to forgive and “Let it Go.”
With love Clayton & Nana

Hi Clayton,
It was not clear from your reply when you and Nana are available. I would also like the meeting to take place without Harrison present, so that we can speak calmly and without interruptions.
Clayton Rosie
We wanted to call you last evening but couldn’t make it. We are just leaving my mother’s and caring for her.
We can meet later this afternoon. Harrison will have to be us. We can even meet in Starbucks nearby on Maysville.
Just let us know.
Clayton Rosie
Btw what is this meeting about?
Denis Vladimirov
The meeting is about our family situation.
It is important to me that we meet without Harrison present. For this particular conversation, that is essential, because we need to be able to speak seriously, calmly, and without interruptions. If that cannot be arranged today, then let’s choose another day. I am available at any time tomorrow and on weekday evenings.
I would also prefer a quiet, private place rather than a café. You are welcome to come to our home, or I can come to your home if that is more convenient.
Clayton Rosie
Denis, we very much appreciate you wishing to meet with us again. We’ve expressed ourselves in letters to you on WhatsApp and have tried to explain how we calculated things with parents taxes. We’ve apologized to parents over and over. We don’t know what else to do? So please…we have just two more questions.
1, Please…Let us know what more can we do to correct matters?
2, Please let us know what is still missing in your eyes (you and Mayya) that we have not done yet?
We have nothing to hide. We also strongly feel that because of having been accused of wrongdoing, that the body of elders should be contacted. This should have been done Long ago.
July 19, 2026
Denis Vladimirov
Clayton, these are actually the same questions I would like to talk about. Guys, I am not asking to meet in order to attack you. I am still willing to meet.
Clayton Rosie
Thank you Denis…at almost 1:00am, it pleases me to read your message and know this. Thank you. I will tell Nana this in the morning so we can set up a time to talk together.
Thank you again for messaging us, even late at night. We continue to pray for you both and our family. We Do…We know that with Jehovah’s help, it will be better. Goodnight 🌙
Clayton Rosie
Good morning, we would like to invite you both over to our house later today after meeting. Maybe around 6:00pm
Denis, we feel it’s important you And Mayya come to discuss things… together. Because they involve all of us. Otherwise, you’ll have to go home and tell her everything we discussed. If you both agree, we’ll ask parents to watch Harrison. Just let us know please.
Denis Vladimirov
Thank you for the invitation. Mayya would also like to meet and talk with you, but for this particular meeting, I will come alone. I can come to your place at 6:30 p.m.
Clayton Rosie
Denis, this is So important and yet, Mayya cannot make this meeting with us together? We will just wait until you both can visit with us together in person. Please let us know if she changes her mind or what evening works best for her.
Thanks again.
Denis Vladimirov
Guys, I don’t want us to keep going back and forth about this. I can see that you are not ready to meet with me, so let’s postpone the meeting for now.

Hi Clayton and Nana!
Guys, I would like to renew my request to meet with you. I am still hoping that the three of us can sit down and have a calm, serious conversation in person. If you are willing to meet with me in this format, please let me know what day and time would be convenient for you.
July 27, 2026
Clayton Rosie
Hello Denis & Mayya, We have sent you messages, Several times to show that Nana & I agree to meet together and discuss issues that still bother you. Last Sunday, 19 July, we sent you a message agreeing to meet with you. But we Strongly feel that when we talk about things, Mayya should also be there when we meet.
You only write us back saying “we don’t wish to meet.” This is Not true! Why can’t Mayya come with you? Again, This meeting should involve her as well.
Denis, we feel it’s important You And Mayya come together. This involves all of us.
As we wrote in our last message, when Mayya is ready please let us know.
Denis Vladimirov
Clayton,
Then let’s do it differently. I would like to talk with you one-on-one, just you and me.
Would you be willing to meet with me?
July 28, 2026
Clayton Rosie
Hello Denis, Yes…Let me know if we can meet together later today after 5:30-6:00.
Thanks

Yes, we can meet at our place at 6pm. I’ll be by myself
Clayton Rosie

Denis and Clayton met. We began the conversation: we started exchanging views, explaining our understanding of the situation, and listening to each other's arguments and objections. We were unable to discuss everything in one meeting, so we tentatively plan to continue the conversation on Friday.

The meeting with Clayton took place. We continued our discussion. It was a difficult conversation. We were unable to discuss everything. I hope we will have another opportunity to discuss everything calmly.
August 24, 2026
Denis Vladimirov
Hi Clayton,
Follow-up to our August 20 conversation:
I understand that you believe adding your name to the bank account was justified and that you do not regret doing it. I disagree with that position. However, I am no longer going to argue about what you should feel.
I also cannot agree to your demand that I no longer raise the bank account or other unresolved matters from the past. An issue does not become resolved simply because it happened in the past. I do not intend to continue a repetitive and unproductive argument, but I do not consider these matters resolved. If I choose not to keep pressing the same discussion, that should not be understood as agreement with your position or acceptance of what happened.
The way our meeting ended was unacceptable. You repeatedly interrupted me, shouted at me, and struck my car with your hand as you left. I remained calm, but that should not be interpreted as acceptance of such behavior or as a willingness to tolerate it in the future. Regardless of your intentions, your conduct further damaged trust.
Trust cannot be rebuilt by declaring unresolved matters off-limits. It requires transparency, complete and accurate information, and respectful conduct.

It was very painful for me to read about the meeting between Denis and Clayton, which ended badly. Clayton's behavior—shouting, interrupting, and striking the car with his hand—is unacceptable for a Jehovah's Witness, especially toward a brother-in-law. Denis wanted to clarify the situation and ease the tension. To do so, he had every right to obtain the necessary information from Clayton on certain issues. Instead, the situation became even more tense. This is not good. Zurab.

Hi Clayton,
I looked through the folder you brought for 1717 Benham Dr. Most of it consists of appliance manuals, and I noticed that several key property records are missing, including the complete purchase and closing documents, the Warranty Deed, prior insurance records, property tax and assessment records, and documents relating to the previous tenants. Could you please share everything you have whether in paper or electronic form?

Clayton Rosie
Hello Denis, We see that we have different opinions on subjects that you are concerned with. But we are from different countries and different cultures. Therefore, we’re not surprised. But you tell us that you “Don’t want to hear about our motives,” What we did, and Why? But once more,
I DO NOT REGRET Helping parents. But, as I said before, I DO REGRET Not writing parents and making you and Mayya aware ahead of time “in writing”. And we have even Apologized about this….Again.
You mentioned to everyone that we are not moving ahead because as you say, we are “arguing” and that I am interrupting you.
Why? Because as you say, you wish to “discuss things” with me, which only means, that you wish to Constantly bring up and repeat the Same questions to us Over & Over again! Therefore, I repeat the same answers every time. For us, a discussion involves “Talking & Listening,” back and forth. Not just listening to your testimony and after your all done, to reply. You ask us questions about “Large amounts of money being withdrawn,” but Don’t allow us to show you that we Already explained this to you In Writing back in July. These were Figures that were already discussed and agreed upon and Clayton & Nana did not come up with these amounts on their own. I offered to go home and bring back papers to show you this (even though you already had this in writing on your phone) and yet, you still “wish to just discuss things.” You say… You Don’t trust us, & this is very sad. Is All this about the $620 each year, for three 3 years that parents gave us for their portion of taxes? Is this what is still bothering you?
And this putting my name on their account Still bothers you so Much that, I decided to leave our meeting at your house. Because, you are Really saying, we took money from parents.
So I left. And as I walked to my car, I saw your Camry, I remembered, that after Lizzi got into an accident and smashed the car headlights, it reminded me of how many times we have tried to help you and that we wanted to give you Brand New headlights just to be nice. And yes, I thought of this as I walked by your car because your family is Still So angry with us. And because of this anger you have towards us, is this why at our district convention you couldn’t even speak to us? And Mayya wouldn’t even turn her head & look at us as we tried to say hello before leaving. We wish that you could look at the Big picture of how we have, for many years, helped your family and parents. Please understand that our motives are very important, Not just our actions…and mistakes. We keep apologizing…But you keep choosing Not to accept apologies. Jehovah has. We pray you will too.
We Love You and our family.

Denis, Thank you for your Long List of desired documents regarding the parents house at 1717 Benham Drive. We have to wonder and ask, after 4 years, Yes, it’s been 4 yrs 08/27/22 since that house was purchased, and now, Why all of a sudden, do you show an interest in so many things! When for 4 yrs, you’ve never asked us, or offered to assist us with any of the paperwork or to look for tenants or to interview them, or to help set up a lease agreements, or even to collect the rent.
Well first, we rented the house to a family in /2022 for $1800 You can check the CHASE checking account to see that we deposited their first month’s rent and one month deposit. You’ll also see that we returned their deposit just before the new-current renter started. No, I didn’t keep a copy of the old lease agreement for the first renters. But, we did report this $1800 amount to the Allen Co/Wayne Township office (Oct. 24, 2022) and also reported this amount on our schedule E forms, which I already provided you. As for the other legal documents you’re asking to review, Home owners insurance, I provided you a copy of the current Landlords policy info 12/2025-2026 policy pg. along with the Allstate Ins agents name & phone number. You can call their local office and ask them to get you the information you need. 260-493-3507
Ask for ins. agent Bryan. Mayya is Co-owner and she can request that. You also wish a copy of the Property Tax records. Again, since Mayya name is already on the property, she can call the Allen County Treasurers office and request a copy of the needed years of taxes paid. But to help you, we’re enclosing a photo of the 2025 Tax Spring & Fall tax bills that have the Parcel Number & Duplicate Number so Mayya can look up online for other tax years. Photos of Needed phone numbers are on the back side of the tax bill. Mayya can also request the assessment values from the Allen County Assessors office.
If you wish any copies of documents regarding the closing papers from the purchase, we suggest that you call Metropolitan Title company and request any needed documentation. Please remember, they already gave both Mayya and Nana a copy of the signed paperwork after she was added to title earlier this year.
If you want a copy of the warranty deed, I’m sure they can provide her a copy.
You should also be aware that Nana received a 1099 for our income taxes for the 2023 tax year. This amount of $2150 we had to report on “Our Taxes.” This was for money given to parents when they arrived from Georgia. This 1099 came from Catholic Charities Diocese, check dated 12/12/2023 and check # 129215 from JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA. A photo copy of this has been included.
You know…it’s Very Sad, that you appear to be doing a “Fact Check-Audit” of our financial dealings…4 years AFTER we did All the work! Now you ask us for all these years of records but, at our recent District Convention, you Wouldn’t even speak to us. How Very Sad!
I hope this info helps you.
Denis Vladimirov
Nana and Clayton,
I received:
* The 2025 property tax payment coupon;
* The receipt confirming payment of the Fall 2025 property tax;
* Two bank statements showing the 2025 property tax payments;
* Form 1099-MISC regarding financial assistance provided to the parents for housing expenses.
Only the first two documents relate to what I asked for. Thank you for those. We can already see the bank statements. The form from the charitable organization has nothing to do with the Benham property.
Your response seems to indicate that you are declining to share the documents you have with us.
Guys, this is not going to work. Zurab clearly wrote that we have the right to receive all the necessary information.
Our interest in these documents is not sudden. We should have equal access to the documents and information concerning the house. I do not understand what basis there is for withholding these documents and instead telling us to call various offices and obtain copies of documents that are already sitting on your shelf.
Just to remind you, I asked for:
* The purchase agreement and all attachments, disclosures, and related forms;
* The Warranty Deed — the most important document;
* The complete closing package;
* Prior insurance records;
* Property tax and assessment records;
* Documents relating to the previous tenants.
I understand from your response that Clayton did not keep the documents relating to the previous tenants.
However, my request for the remaining documents still stands.

Hello, Nana and Clayton! I hope you are well. Nana, my dear, it seems that handing over the house documents to Mayya is becoming difficult. We, your parents, gave that house to you, our daughters. You registered it as a 50/50 ownership. That means you each own half: you, Nana, own one half, and Mayya owns the other half. Therefore, Mayya also has the legal right to have the house documents!! Why has this issue remained unresolved? Don't make the situation more tense! Please give Mayya the documents she is entitled to. This would be the right and fair way to handle the matter. Give our regards to Clayton. Give Harrison a kiss from us.❤️

Hi Clayton and Nana! On our way back from the meeting today, we stopped by and returned the documents Clayton had given us to look over. We left the bag on the chair by your front door. There’s also a Happy Anniversary card inside for tomorrow.

Thank you…It would have been nice to see you together in person, instead of just dropping it off at the door. Even garage door was open, we were home

Thank you, Clayton, for the additional documents — this is much better. One important document we requested in our previous messages is still missing: the final purchase agreement signed by both the seller and the buyer. Please send us a copy. We had not previously realized that the home was purchased from a deceased owner’s estate through probate. Good to know.

You’re welcome. That was over 4 years ago, and after closing, I didn’t keep it. I don’t have it. If I did, I would have given it to you.

And I don’t remember even getting those papers. I would have saved them as I always do. Therefore, I don’t have them and don’t remember getting them.
